Grant by the proprietors Thomas and John Penn of 309 1/2 acres in Bedford County to Thomas Gilpin and Miers Fisher. The land was originally granted in 1773 to Samuel Fisher, who deeded it to Gilpin and Fisher; the present grant confirms that transaction. Printed form filled in by hand and signed by John Penn.
